When restarting eclipse all leading and trailing
whitespaces are removed from all templates.
For example, the template

"
=head1 NAME

B<${filename}${cursor}> -

=cut
"

is trimmed to

"=head1 NAME

B<${filename}${cursor}> -

=cut"

which is no valid POD :(

A possible workaround for trailing spaces is to include
an additional ${cursor} variable which will be ignored.
When no cursor is needed this is indeed possible for
leading whitespaces too, but it is very annoying to
move the cursor manually.

EPIC version is 0.4.21, behavior on versions prior to
this is unknown.

Well it is valid POD if there is a blank line before it, but
one may need to add an empty line at least before the =head1.
