we have installed DSpace in order to make some tests.
Thus, I'm a newbie with this product. :-)
I have a question about the diacritics in the author name.
We have created a community and a collection for this community. That's=
Now, we have put a new paper in the collection.
Author: Thisse, Jacques-Fran=E7ois
Now when I browse the authors in the collection main page,
I get this result screen:
Items for Author Thisse, Jacques-Fran?ois in Documents de travail=
It seems there is a problem with the diacritics...
Have a look at the URL:
or at the collection authors screen:
Have you encountered problems with the diactritics before ?

Most of the prerequisites are fairly east to install; what software are
you haveing trouble with specifically? Java? PGSQL? And remember that
software install guides are just that: guides. Instructions specific to
your build environment will be difficult for anyone to walk you through,
so it is generally best to attempt an install and then post any errors
or detailed questions.
Each software package will also have discussion boards and experts
better able to assist you then we will here. We can generally help with
DSpace, and we try and help with other stuff, but no guarantees.
