Thanks for the feedback!
Messages.properties is just "Messages_en.properties" renamed. The
reason for the renaming is so that the English messages can always be
used as a default. Otherwise, if my default server config is
Portuguese, but I don't have every single message converted to
Portuguese, some text will appear in the UI as
Non-English language files should still be installed as e.g.
