On Day #4 of the Virtual Summit, we had a total of 8 attendees.
Day #4's Main Discussion Topics:
* Revisiting Discovery Discussion -- prototyping of Discovery + Elastic
Search (as a Solr alternative)
* Brief discussion of GitHub vote & next steps
* Maven Project Consolidation -- ways to potentially consolidate our
many sub-projects to hopefully simplify DSpace development (especially
to help novice developers find code, make changes, etc)
* Taking a step back -- Is it time to take a step back and conceptually
reorganize some of the 'pieces' that make up DSpace? This question came
up after realizing discussion kept circling back to other larger
concepts/topics from early in the week.

We used IRC as our "notepad". So, the full notes from the meeting can be

Again, a reminder our *final* meeting of this Virtual Summit will be
held tomorrow (Friday) at 20:00 UTC.
In tomorrow's meeting we already made some general plans to use a
virtual "whiteboard" (likely via http://dabbleboard.com/) to see if we
can actually take a step back and conceptually reorganizing some of the
"pieces" of DSpace.
You can call in via Skype or phone. Connection details are up at:
