This is exactly what's happening - DSpaceServlet catches SQLExceptions
and doesn't rethrow them, forwarding to the error jsp manually. It can
be fixed by rethrowing the SQLException in DSpaceServlet and letting the
container handle it.
Can anyone think of a reason _not_ to do this?
