Hey guys,

I'm running the `mvn release:prepare -Dresume=false` step and it is succeeding, but I'm getting the following at the end:

[INFO] Reactor Summary:

Note that everything except the Parent Project was skipped.  Is this correct?  I'm running this from the root of the dspace-src checkout directory.  Not the ./dspace sub-directory, per the docs.  Robin or Mark, have you seen this in the past in this process?  Should I move forward to the `mvn release:perform` step, or is this not right?  Holding until I'm sure.

Thanks,
