I'm not going to get to this today unfortunately. If I'm lucky, I might

Whatever we do, it should be consistent with information we
communicate regarding the testathon.

In the testathon call Sands sent he directly mentions the download
location on GitHub.

But I'd say let's put it on SF, too. I can't find the email right now,
but there was one recently where someone (I think it was Tim)
mentioned that SF has better download stats than GitHub, so we
definitely want to put the final release there.
