I'll have to check that the person that originally hit this is > running the same versions that I am. I take that back. I did not have overlay support enabled (for the driver) in my XF86Config file. With that properly set, I get: SERVER_OVERLAY_VISUALS(SERVER_OVERLAY_VISUALS) = 0x44, 0x1, 0x0, 0x1, 0x45, 0x1, 0x0, 0x1, 0x46, 0x1, 0x0, 0x1, 0x47, 0x1, 0x0, 0x1 I can see the problem with the zoomdino demo. When I run it locally (w/overlay support enabled in XF86Config), I see a nice red outline box when I select a zoom w/the middle button. When I run it remotely, it draws a black box and doesn't refresh the dino as the zoom-box moves. Basically, as I drag the mouse around I end up with a bunch of black boxes drawn over top of the dino. -- Tell that to the Marines! |
