Hello everyone, I have asus a7v8xmx-se and integrated via unichrome.I installed dri, by following the steps on dri.sourceforge.net.On 2.6.8.1 kernel, dmesg says: Linux agpgart interface v0.100 (c) Dave Jones agpgart: Detected VIA KM400/KM400A chipset agpgart: Maximum main memory to use for agp memory: 380M agpgart: AGP aperture is 64M @ 0xe0000000 [drm] Initialized drm 1.0.0 20040925 PCI: Unable to reserve mem region #1:4000000@e4000000 for device 0000:01:00.0 [drm] Initialized via 2.4.4 20050127 on minor 0: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT8378 $[drm] Used old pci detect: framebuffer loaded and there is no problem with modules drm and via.Glxinfo says direct rendering is enabled.Everything works.
