You need to use the DRM modules that are in the X source tree. Even the
ones in the kernel are outdated.
They're in the xc/programs/Xserver/hw/xfree86/os-support/linux/drm/kernel
directory. 'cd' in to there and do a 'make -f Makefile.linux'. That
will build everything for you, you can copy the build modules from there
into whatever path you want. There might even be a 'make install'.
