Well, just realized I sent my response to Daryll, and not the mailing list,
so I'll send it again (this time to the mailing list).
Well, I don't have any experience in programming X servers etc, so for
now I've been trying to look through the code seeing what things do.
I'm 15, in to Linux/programming, have begun OpenGL programming, and
that's why I'm interested in the DRI server (easier to program things
when you can run them in a window). Well, that's about it I guess.

My personal OS/HW combination is FreeBSD/RIVA TNT so I am interested
in getting this one to work.
I know of some FreeBSD folks who announced that they want to join, one of
them (who is certainly capable) wanting to tackle the kernel support issue.
So I guess it is better to find out a bit about RIVA integration
Anyone here who wants to work on the RIVA issue?
The nvidia site still reports that "standby we are updating our drivers"
message. Looks like that Slashdot article about nvidia releasing a new
driver was a rumour. Dang.
