This only affects the file being processed - it can be

succeed. The other ones that have failed are the tv

Can you post the ddx0.xml.log in your DrDivX directory ?

I'm afraid that was the entire log file - I pasted it rather
than attaching it as it's plain text.
There's another report on the forums with a longer logfile
pasted in it, but the same error number is shown (-588)
I've since encoded one of the films in Converter (The Absent
Minded Professor - the one that Flubber was based on) - Two
things have become apparent with this - firstly it has the
audio sync problem (in another bug report) - and secondly it
doesn't appear to use a standard resolution - it looks more
like 1:1 rather than 4:3 etc (divx player being useless at
reporting physical resolution, it thinks it's widescreen...
strange it's a sqaure window)...

d00kl1 on the DivX forums posted about a tool called
VideoRedo that has a Quickfix tool (basically just a remux
of an mpeg2 file, with optional audio sync frame removal
etc), after running this on a file that previously failed,
it now encodes perfectly.
Not sure if this helps exactly, but hope it will...

Note to team: We have to find out what VideoRedo does to
make this work and apply the same technique in the Dr.
(DrFFMPEG)
