#1168 [FTCE8MCO] upon clicking on save

Using Version: 0.4.11 r5663

This bug is similar to bug with id of 1880706. It is quite obvious that the system does not like dates over 2050 and therefore errors.

How to replicate:

1) Login to drake cms
2) Go to Content > News > News Categories > Drake CMS news
3) Click on new
4) Fill in all the necessary fields of the content tab
5) Go to the publish tab
6) Change the creation date and modified date to the following:

- Date created: 2050-04-25 04:15:30
- Date modified: 2050-04-25 04:15:30

7) Click on create
8) The following error message will come up:
