DracoLinux 0.4.0-alpha1 (0.3.99.0)

Introducing DracoLinux 0.4.0-alpha1, the first snapshot from the 0.4 branch. This release is mainly for developer and testers, not recommended for end-users. Source will be uploaded next week together with a new snapshot (alpha2). Please report all bugs/requests etc to our tracker, or use our forum
