First, I appreciate doxymacs, thanks!
It would be much more appreciated if it could be
possible to do the same as AUCTeX's "TeX-insert-macro"
command and have a macro be querried in the minibuffer.
It is not much for the interactive help of filling the
information, it is more for the integrated lookup of
commands.

With AUCTeX, when you do C-c RET, the mini buffer gets
the focus with the prompt "Macro (default ref): \". The
suggested default is the latest command inserted with
this function, with history support.

If we then hit the TAB key, a list of LaTeX keyword is
displayed, I use this a lot when I don't remember what
is the exact keyword, or its syntax...

AUCTeX output:
------------------
Click <mouse-2> on a completion to select it.
In this buffer, type RET to select the completion near
point.

Possible completions are:
Huge LARGE
LaTeX LaTeXe
Large TeX
\ \*
addcontentsline addtocontents
addtocounter addtolength
addvspace alph
and appendix
arabic arraystretch
author backmatter
bfseries bibitem
(...)
------------------

It would be nice to have this same feature in doxymacs
where, by hitting C-c d RET, (for example), you could
have the minibuffer asking for the Doxygen's macro to
insert, and especially have the ability to hit TAB and
have a list such as "author, date, version... " (all
the possible Doxygen's command).

Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the suggestion.
