[Doxygen-users] Building doxygen 1.8.10 with custom tools

Hi,

I'm trying to build the latest Doxygen release with a custom Python and Flex build (for various reasons I still have to build on SLES10...). Previously (i.e. with 1.8.9.1) I used:

./configure \
   --prefix /install/path \
   --english-only \
   --python python2.7 \
   --flex /path/to/flex-2.5.35/bin/flex
make -j && make docs && make install

What options can I pass to cmake to replicate the above configuration options?
