#259 fix for 256 color encoding in zmbv.dll codec

The zmbv.dll codec doesn't handle the incoming palette correctly when encoding 8-bit (256 color) source and produces black video. This is because the zmbv_vfw.cpp module always passes null for the palette to VideoCodec::PrepareCompressFrame(), so the palette is all black in the encoded stream. Attached is a fixed version that handles the incoming palette correctly. This fixes video recording when using ZMBV in Atari800WinPLus 4.0 and presumably other programs with VFW-based recording.
