DOSBox's conf file parser does not handle quoted values. For example:

foo="bar baz"

I'm writing a DOSBox frontend application with Qt. I use Qt's QSettings class to read and write dosbox.conf files, but that class places double-quotes around values that contain certain types of characters, such as whitespace. DOSBox can't make sense of these values since it doesn't strip off the quotes.

According to [ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INI_file ], in the section "Quoted Values", double-quoted values are allowed in INI files.

The attached patch adds some logic to strip off double-quotes from values.
