In the game Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold, the voice
samples are played at too high a pitch. This is
noticeable on the first level, when the guards shout
"Intruder!" and "Medic!" in noticeably too-high voices
for beefy guards. ;)

Common problem for just about every sound played but more noticeable
in certain games, have to enhance the mixer a bit sometime since it uses
up the data too fast so the pitch gets too high.
Rewrote the mixing routines to support partial samples being used
again instead of being dumped. The guards sound a lot better now :)
