Scrolling does not work correctly in bios video mode 0x6 and 0x9 because of some typos.
Patch int10_char.diff is attached.
Patch int10_scroll.diff is also attached. It implements scrolling for video mode 0x8 and 0xA.

Comment doesn't mention the second video modes. Not sure if they are needed though
I don't know any games using scroll in mode 8 and A. Only noticed that scroll is broken in both video modes and there are no log messages using debugger enabled build if an application uses scroll in those unhandled modes.
