#218 Shell redirection > and >> broken

No

The shell redirection commands > and >> are both
semi-broken.

Expected behavior:

DIR > FILE.TXT

should delete file.txt and replace it with the output
of the DIR command.

DIR >> FILE.TXT

should append the output of the DIR command to the end
of file.txt

Actual behavior in DosBox 0.63 (tested on Mac OS X 10.3):

Both DIR > FILE.TXT and DIR >> FILE.TXT will overwrite
the contents of file.txt from the beginning, without
overwriting it, so if the original contents of the file
were longer than the output of DIR, then some of the
original contents will still be there at the end of the
file.
