If you press "up" to get the last command typed in shell,
and then you press delete long enough, you'll delete even
the prompt.

It still accepts a command as if it was there, but I
suppose it'd be better if it didn't delete it.

The Up command isn't there in the 0.58 release.

It's in the cvs although so i presume you are talking about
    that one.

I can't reproduce your behavior though

    when starting dosbox i type
    dir
then "up" and backspace and it stops at the right location
    deleting the information.

Works fine here too, with 0.58.4. Sergio, What do you use to
    compile DOSBox?

Hi. Sorry I didn't read the first message, because these
emails went to my junk tray :)

I used VC++.NET, and dll versions of all the required stuff. I
can't reproduce the bug every single time, sometimes it's
after I play a game, sometimes is after a wrong command,
sometimes it just doesn't appear. I'll keep track of it, I
suppose I can close the report while I do.

    thanks :)
