#143 "cd ..." command goes to parent directory even outside mount

When you do the command, "cd ...", it goes to a directory named ..., and that directory is the parent directory for whatever folder is there.

Example:
mount C C:\games
C:
cd ...

now dosbox is pointed at your root directory!
