I see I forgot to update the author and contact headesr in the files; the originals from David Goodger are still in. Here are my versions:
# Author: Martijn Pieters
# Contact: email@example.com
Whoops, I mixe up the key, value pairs in bibliographic_fields; attached a new copy of my tarball with the corrected files (I also updated the file metadata).
And SF cannot handle simultatinous delete/upload actions, or I forgot to checkc the silly checkbox. So here is another attempt to upload the tarball.

Thank you for your contribution! It has been checked in to the
Docutils CVS repository.

OK. Applied new version.
When testing the files, I'm getting the following errors:
"caution": translation missing
"list-table": translation missing
"literal": translation missing
Could you please post translations for these here (no need
for a new upload)? I'll just add them.
Ai, that's because I used 'waarschuwing' for both 'caution'
and 'warning' as well as 'letterlijk' for 'raw' and
'literal'; 'list-table' is new and was't in my Debian
package. Correct tarball (I needed to fiddle the
tarball with nl.py files for docutils.
Checked in, along with a correction for line-block in
- 'lijn-blok': 'lijn-blok',
+ 'lijn-blok': 'line-block',
If you like, you can download a new snapshot from
Whoops on that one lil error. Snapshot looks fine from my end.
