Do we add another option for every possible feature? I say no. MathJax is JavaScript. JavaScript is pretty generic, useful for more than just math. The resulting HTML output just needs to have a ``<script type="text/javascript" src="URL"></script>`` tag, right? So add a way to add such a tag. OTOH, Docutils HTML output uses templates. Custom templates with MathJax (and whatever else) support are easy to create. Do we even need *any* addition to Docutils for this?
