[Docutils-develop] html output : add a new node type.

Hello,

I've discovered REST with the using of Trac (project management systems 
in python).
And now, I'd like to go further with REST.
I'd like to have the capability to add a mathml node to the html output.

I've read the python files about this stuff and latex in the sandbox.
This module add an image the images list.

For mathml, the beginning would be the same :
latex-like directive and role.

 From the string, a mathml node would be generated :
<math xmlns="http://www3.w3.org/1998/math/MathML">
...
<math>

But then, how appending the node to the html document ?
