We could collect such things at some place, like
docs/user/rst/usecases.txt (need to come up with a better name).
Regarding, what to put into such a document, I'm confident we'll find
more use cases of reST (e.g. David Abrahams' and Aleksey Gurtovoy's book
"C++ Template Metaprogramming"); if we make a call on the mailing list,
we'll probably get a nice list.
Then we could also remove the "Testimonials" section in web/rst.txt,
which is outdated and not too interesting (IMO). It's much more
interesting to know what people actually *did* with reST.
