#46 RFE: section-autolabel-depth

It would be nice to be able to control the depth
of sections being numbered when %section-autolabel%
is on. For instance, in a book, I like the top-level
sections numbered but not the second level sections.

For instance, from a chapter table of contents:

2.1. Supported WebCheckout Clients

Running WebCheckout in Windows
Running WebCheckout on the Macintosh

I have a local hack to do this by overriding
section-autolabel from dbcommon.dsl, but I haven't
worked out a clean patch yet.
