The class attribute values defined (for CSS to styling
of HTML elements) all have appropiate names. Actually
so appropiate, that is is very easy to use the same
names in different context., e.g. when embedding
chunking DocBook output in a webpage.

I would therefore suggest, that all id/class values are
given an apprpiate prefix.

E.g. use class="dbTitle" instead of class="title"

This change would break existing behavior and seems
of limited value anyway. Don't know how many users
need to embed DocBook HTML output within a different
webpage. Those that do should take care to control
the class values used in the page in which the DocBook
stuff it targeted to be embedded.
