#63 TDG: Make viewport and scalefit=0 more clear

In the imagedata description, the sentence:

"If a viewport area is specified (and neither a content area nor scaling
is specified) and scalefit is explicitly “0”, the viewport area
specification must be ignored."

the term "ignored" is not clear enough. If my understanding is right I
suggest the following change:

"If a viewport area is specified (and neither a content area nor scaling
is specified) and scalefit is explicitly “0”, the viewport area
specification must not be used to resize the image, that is the image
must keep its natural size."
