No

The documentation on the web at:

http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/current/doc/

and:

http://docbook.sourceforge.net/release/xsl/1.51.1/doc/

*and* in the distribution itself (I checked the 1.51.1
tarball)

are all not in sync with the docsrc that go with this
particular release. In particular the recent changes
to the section on XSLT processors (in
"docsrc/publishing.xml") are not included reflected in
the generated documentation. The CVS id string is
still from 2001:

$Id: publishing.xml,v 1.1 2001/04/02 13:03:43 nwalsh Exp $

but accoding to the ChangeLog this file has been
updated by Michael Smith recently on 2002-04-26.

Thanks. The rules in the doc/Makefile were incomplete. I've
updated that file and I'll update the documentation "in place".

    Also the docs at:

    http://docbook.sourceforge.net/projects/xsl/doc/

are still out of sync (linked from the docbook.sf.net pages).

Are the changes now in the tarball, should I download a new
tarball as well, to get the new changes?

Hmm. Yes. I have more than a few documentation problems,
    don't I?

No, the tarball hasn't changed. Uhm, I can do that without
publishing 1.51.2 which I'm loathe to do today. Give me a
day or two, I guess ...
