Docbook permits <info> sections to have multiple <covers> sections defined.

In the attached archive, the Docbook 5 file:

article/my-epub.xml

describes an article which has two covers. This example was shamelessly modified from:

http://www.docbook.org/tdg5/en/html/cover.html

This file was validated using relames.

When processed with the file:

docbook-xsl-ns/epub/docbook.xsl

attached to Bug #3071521, the resulting ePub file *WILL NOT* validate correctly with epubcheck.

In the attached archive, the Docbook 5 file:

article2/my-epub.xml

describes an article which has only one cover.

This file was validated using relames.

When processed with the file:

docbook-xsl-ns/epub/docbook.xsl

attached to Bug #3071521, the resulting ePub file *WILL* validate correctly with epubcheck.

A copy of these notes appear in the archive.

If you need more information about this, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks.
