#102 dkim-genkey.sh uses "echo -n"

dkim-genkey is supposed to generate a DNS TXT record.
On Solaris, it produces one that begins like this:

-n testing._domainkey IN TXT "v=DKIM1; g=*; k=rsa; t=s;

The leading `-n ' is a result of `echo -n' in the script. That's a non-portable shell script construct.
