Currently dk-filter assumes that the IP address passed
by sendmail is AF_INET, but sendmail can also pass
AF_INET6 socket addresses. So, could dk-filter at least
recognise, if not handle, IPv6 addresses and not treat
them as though they are IPv4.

    The only place IPv4 addresses are used by dk-filter is in
    the peerlist ("-a") command line option. Apart from that,
    dk-filter doesn't take any interest in the connection's origin.

    Are you talking specifically about the "-a" facility, or
    some other component of the package?

    The actual place is '-i'. I found that dk-filter would not
    sign outgoing messages from localhost if sendmail was setup
    for IPv6 when the 'handoff' from the MSA to the MTA happens
    on [IPv6:::1].
