#10 Testing for multiple canonicalizations

With the multiple canonicalizations supported in
v0.1.15, it would be helpful to have test reflectors
that send their results with each of the canonicalizations.

This could be done either by having it reply with the
same canonicalization it received, or (perhaps more
straightforwardly) by having multiple reflector
addresses that send their results using each of the
canonicalizations.

You'll be able to compile dk-filter with a new FFR in
v0.1.16 that will select the canonicalization to use based
on a header (if present). The autorespond script will have
to be modified to copy the header into the reply so the
signing filter instance gets the request.
