I have spotted a few typos in ddjvuapi.h and miniexp.h. The attached patches fixes them.

    First I added the following paragraph in the
    header file comment for ddjvu_document_get_anno().

    This function returns the empty list <miniexp\_nil> when
    the document contains no outline information. It can also
    return symbols <failed> or <stopped> when an error occurs
    while accessing the desired information.

    Like get_pageanno, get_pagetext, this function
    returns miniexp_nil when there is no annotation for sure.
    It returns miniexp_dummy when we are still unable
    to either return the annotations or determine that there are none.

    It is also true that the implementation failed to
    return an error code when we were catching an
    exception. There were also corner cases
    where these functions could return 'failed'
    instead of 'stopped'. There still may be some
    because the library is sloppy distinguishing
    both cases...
