April is a common deadline for term papers in MSU. Most students start working on them in March. This year I'm doing math, but there's a big chance that someone will pick up the task of implementing the multipage compressor (I know a guy who wants to do it). So, let's simply wait for it.

The final goal is to have a DjVuBitonal-supporting DLL under Windows with algorithms stuffed inside it rather than floating about in various tools.
Right now, only single-page decompression is implemented, but more features will be added soon.
