Hi,

This is a great project and is really impressive. But I would really appreciate help gettikng it compiled in Eclipse, newly installed on Windows 7 Ultimate (X64).

I am new to Eclipse, newish to java. I imported DJNativeSwing-SWT-1-0-1.zip into project DJProject; cf screenshot. I had to prefix all the package/import names. Was the import incorrect?

Also, there are several jars missing: prefixes org.eclipse, org.mozilla and com.sum.jna. Does anyone know where these are downloaded from?

Thanks for any help,

Gezza

  • Hi Gezza,

    1. Why are you tring to get it to compile?

    2. The import are important. I may be using reflection in a few places.

    3. The JARs are in the lib folder of the distribution, you just need to place them in the project where eclipse complains it should be.

    4. An alternative to using the sources from the distribution is to checkout the CVS projects from the Sourceforge repository (you would also have to place the libraries in the expected places). This has the benefit of having the necessary build files to produce a distribution package.

    Hope this helps,
