The Second Iteration of Dixie-Flatline, currently in CVS as "development-unstable", will be released under the Artistic License, provided by Perl.
This is a definitive shift from the license under which the First Release was issued; The GPL.
I feel that the GPL is too restrictive, and as pointed out in the recent attempts to take over glibc, it gives Stallman and the FSF undue control over a programmers code. This is not what I wish for my projects.... read more

I will be working on development of development-unstable tree from now on.
kitsune, with assistance of wildcard, dantealiegri and haroldp will be working on maintaining current-stable and fixing any bugs that crop up.

We are working on breaking him into an easier piece of code and will post him into the CVS.
This bot DOES require IRC.pm - we may change that in the future.
