HP Envy with AMD Radeon HD 7500G graphics, Windows 7 Home Premium x64, Spyder 4 Pro, latest versions of dispcalGUI and Argyll.
According to lack of physical controls on laptop's screen I tried to tweak colors through the ATI Catalyst Center during the "interactive display calibration" step. There are two positions - "Desktop color" and "Built-in-display color", but not one of them affect on dispcal's calibration square. Colors of Windows environment are changing, but not for dispcalGUI - RGB levels keep unchanged.
Question is: how can I tweak colors to take effect on this program?
You seem to have CSS turned off.

Calibration is using the video LUT, and the same is true for any software based color controls. So it's either one or the other.
