Subject: RE: DimDim not sharing Desktop or Anything
Thank you for you interest in Dimdim.
In addition to the red5.log., I shall need the following files also:-
C:\Program Files\Dimdim\Conference Server\Tomcat 5.5\conf\wrapper.conf
C:\Program Files\Dimdim\Conference Server\Tomcat 5.5\conf\server.xml
C:\Program Files\Dimdim\Conference Server\Tomcat 5.5\logs\wrapper.log
C:\Program Files\Dimdim\Conference Server\Tomcat 5.5\webapps\dimdim\WEB-INF\classes\resources\dimdim.properties
These are the default paths in the windows install.
Also would it be possible for you to provide me with access to the Dimdim installation so I could debug the problem better.
Director of Operations, Dimdim

Subject: DimDim not sharing Desktop or Anything
I found this post on the Sourceforge forums and it's exactly the problem I'm experiencing:
I am hoping to expedite the fix process by sending you the same file (I think it's the same) that you asked the topic starter to send. Your help would be greatly appreciated as I'm trying to get my company to move off of the expensive WebEx product.
We have DimDim running on a Windows 2003 R2 server.
