Start Meeting option allows users to start a meeting that has already been scheduled. Are you trying to start a scheduled meeting? If that's the case, could you please provide us the relevant snippits of wrapper.log file or just e-mail me the complete log file (prakash@dimdim.com)
In case you want to start an instant meeting; meet now option would be the right choice.

When I clicked the start button in Start Conference, i got the message "Error on Page"..
Similarly in Join Conference, i got the message
"No conference by key".
