I would like to integrate the dimdim web meeting with my personal website. My question is this:
Do my users need to sign up with dimdim in order to use the dim dim web meeting? I would like the users to create an account with my personal website and automatically get access with dim dim web meeting without having to create an account with dim dim. Is this possible?

    Thank you.

Thank you for your interest in Dimdim.

I am not exactly clear about your integration scenario and I have few question.

      1. Are you planning to integrate with the Hosted Dimdim Free or with an Open Source Dimdim installed on your infrastructure?
      2. What version of Dimdim are you planning to integrate with?

We have integration approaches for both scenarios.
Please let me know some more details so I can give you a correct answer.

Also please take a look at the Dimdim Knowledgebase and Support Forums at http://www.dimdim.com/support/dimdim_help.html

      Regards,
      Dilip

Thank you for the quick reply.

I would like to integrate my application with Open Source. I'm not sure exactly what version I should use. I would appreciate it if you could recommend me a version.

I should mention that my application is being developed in PHP&MySQL. The users will have to create an account with my website and the account information will be stored into a MySQL database table. Once they have successfully created their accounts, they must login and be able to start meetings.

      Can this be done?

      Thank you.

      One more thing.
I will install my website on a Linux server. However I only have access to the ftp account of my domain.
      For example.

My website will be here: http://www.mydomain.com

      and DImDim here: http://www.mydomain.com/dimdim

Can DimDim be installed in these conditions?

      Thanks again.
