Multiple Y values for the same X value?

    I am trying to digitize some complicated curves and circular shapes, resulting in at least two Y values for the same X value. The version of the software I have (v4.1) will not allow me to to create a curve that is not monotonically increasing or decreasing. Is there a way to to create curves that have multiple Y values for a given X value? Thanks!

      Nevermind.
      Settings > Curves... > Properties... > Connect As: Contour
