This is because the pattern was expanded by the user shell, which doesn't have
access to /sys/kernel/debug. Either execute the whole command from a root
shell, or execute this:

sudo sh -c 'cat /sys/kernel/debug/hid/0003:256C:006E.*/rdesc'
