Version 0.4 released

This version has a number of improvements in overall speed, but most especially within the "shelf" database type. There is also the addition of an option to use an Exponentially Moving Average for ban determination. See the release notes for more info.

Version 0.3 released

This release adds a "shelf" database option which uses the Python standard library "shelve" module as the databases type. This, coupled with a couple of other changes offers the ability to remove reliance on any external packages.

This release also contains a few bug fixes and it is strongly recommended that you upgrade
