By the way, I've do this manually by checking on the date.
I know that this is not effective, but work.

I'm using the command "ls -lrt" to sort the output list based on modified
date in reverse order.
If I found that the date of the file is 1980, them I just ignore the file.
I found that this will work and it took me for 45 minutes to finish.

I've tried first un-bzip original-0.6.tar.bz2 into a temp folder.
Then unzip my-0.5.tar.gz to override the same folder.
Unfortunately, this isn't work.
