[Devil-linux-develop] Missing lcd4linux init script

Hi Developers,

Yesterday I booted the new 1.2rc1 cd and I found that lcd4linux init
script and rc.x links are missing.
I can find the init script in cvs
(devil-linux/build/scripts/scripts/lcd4linux) but
not on the booted system.
In this init file the Default-Start and Default-Stop parameters are
empty. Can it cause the whole problem?
There are some other init scripts on the cd with empty Default-Start and
Default-Stop parameters but they have links in rc.x directories.
For example: dnsmasq, ez-ipupdate, gpm, etc

Independently of this problem I attach a little patch of this init
script. This patch check the necessity of ppdev kernel module and load
the module if it isn't loaded yet.
