Dear freshmeat.net subscriber, willamowius just announced version 2.3.3 of GNU Gatekeeper on freshmeat.net. The changes are as follows: This release includes a much improved bandwidth management for registered endpoints per endpoint and per call. Now you can also configure alternate gatekeepers per endpoint IP range. Call routing by destination IP was added. Gatekeeper-based TCS=0 call transfer was added. Many smaller changes were made. The archive also includes BMV, a Web front-end for SQLBill. Project description: The GNU Gatekeeper is a free H.323 gatekeeper based on the OpenH323 project. You can use it to manage a Voice-over-IP network and let endpoints (e.g., Netmeeting) communicate through symbolic names. It also has an external interface for billing and other applications. It runs on a number of Unix versions (including Linux and Solaris) and Windows.
