#3 Installation failed

I followed the instructions in the CMS "_readme.txt,"
but program didn't install.

I went to my ISP and set up a MySQL database, but it
still doesn't install.

I uploaded files to the "webroot" directory. I hope this
is the directory where my website subdomains are
(because the files wouldn't upload to the next level up).

I appreciate any suggestions.

Any installtion issue for this CMS may be coming from your
server because this is the easiest CMS to install.
So, you may want to look at your server.
